Order
-We will process the order within 12 hours after the order is placed and put it into production in 24 hours;
-Product time will be around 4-5 days coming along with factory photos or video.
-The order can not be canceled or changed for any reason from the moment it is confirmed since the doll is personally a custom-made product, and you will be charged a bit if you want to cancel the order when we process the order before producing.

Payment
Full payment with Paypal/Visa/W.U/T.T /Credit card before order settled down.

Shipment
We usually ship with FedEx/UPS, delivery time is about 2-3 weeks, the delay will be expected due to any kinds of natural factors, tracking number will be sent to your email address 1-2 days after ship out.

Privacy
-Your name/phone number/address/email will be required due to the shipment and order follow-up, but no worry this personal information won’t be leaked, any issue email us anytime, please.
-Discreet dispatching, no order details comes to sex dolls displayed on the shipment slip on the package box.

Guaranty&Return
-All of our dolls are of well-check quality before sending out, if there are some defects in the dolls or broken pieces badly when you receive the doll, feel free to contact our after-sell service at [email protected] for a partial refund, and Return&Refund works based on it.

• Return&Refund or Order cancellation is not working after the box is shipped.
• The guaranty&Return policy works when the dolls are purchased from us directly, contact your vendors if the order of our dolls comes from them.
